Explain
When the next annual review is due
After the first review, the next one must happen within the 12 months starting with the date the plan was "last reviewed". The law does not say clearly whether that is the date of the review meeting or the date of the council's decision after it. The two dates can be several weeks apart. Plenda shows both readings and plans around the earlier date, counted from the meeting.
The Code of Practice says each later review must be held within 12 months of the previous review. It also says the council's decision after the meeting must be notified within 12 months of the plan's issue or the previous review. It does not say which date of the previous review counts.
