Pricing
Every tool a parent, carer or young person needs is free, with no account and no sign-in.
Promise 1
Every plan runs the same rules, the same rules version (england-2026.10) and the same sources. Paid plans add workflow, teams and ways to connect other software, never different findings.
Promise 2
All seven tools are free for everyone, including professionals, schools and local authorities. Early access to the paid plans costs nothing. The one exception is a local authority pilot, which is paid and agreed in writing before it starts.
Promise 3
Plans are sold only on this site. Nothing Plenda tells an AI assistant mentions a price or a plan.
Plans
Paid plans are in early access. Joining costs nothing, except a local authority pilot, which is paid. Prices are shown without VAT (ex VAT) unless marked.

Questions
Anything else: hello@plenda.co.uk. Please do not send a child's name or any personal details.
No. Plenda is free for families and young people, and it will stay free. Families never need an account. Services that give free SEND advice can use the Community plan at no charge.
Not during early access. Early access for Pro, Team or School costs nothing. You get an email 14 days before any first bill. A local authority pilot is the one exception: it is paid, and agreed in writing before it starts.
No. Paste the same plan into the free check and you get the same findings a paying local authority or firm gets, from the same rules version.
Yes. Early access for Pro, Team or School costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel until billing starts. After that, you can cancel at any time. A local authority pilot is agreed in writing before it starts.
The seven tools keep nothing. If a paid feature ever keeps anything, the privacy notice will say what and why before it opens. School cases use a reference, never a name.
No. Plenda gives general information about the law in England. It is not legal advice. For help with a particular case, contact your local SENDIASS or IPSEA. Both are free.
A local authority starts with a paid pilot. Then a yearly licence, priced by size, plus a one-off setup. Both are invoiced. Plenda is not yet listed on G-Cloud.
