Get help with Plenda
Email hello@plenda.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days.
Please do not send a child's name, documents or personal details. Describe the problem instead, for example: "the date for the final plan looks wrong when the request was received on 2 September".
Report a problem with a rule
Every rule in the rulebook has its own page with a "Report a problem" link. It fills in the rule id for you.

If a child or young person is at risk
If a child is in danger now, call 999. If you are worried that a child is being harmed, you can contact the children's social care team at the local authority where the child lives. You can find that team on GOV.UK by postcode.
Any adult worried about a child can also call the NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000, and anyone under 19 can call Childline free on 0800 1111. If the person at risk is 18 or over, including a young person aged 18 to 25, you can contact the adult social care team at the local authority where they live.
If you need to talk to someone, Samaritans are there day and night on 116 123.
