Rulebook · Plan check
Section heading with nothing under it
The plan sets out what reg 12(1) lists, each section separately identified: Sections A to I, and Section J where special educational provision is to be secured by a direct payment. The advice is attached as Section K.
What a point from this check says, with placeholders in square brackets:
Section F has a heading but no content, or only "to be confirmed". The plan must set out the special educational provision (reg 12(1)(f), s 37(2)(c)).

Plan checks look at what a plan says and how clearly. They do not judge whether the help is enough for the child.
