The right to appeal to the SEND Tribunal (the First-tier Tribunal, Special Educational Needs and Disability)

The right to appeal to the SEND Tribunal (the First-tier Tribunal, Special Educational Needs and Disability). The letter must say that the decision can be appealed to the SEND Tribunal.

The law requires a letter like this to include it.
