Contact details for the person acting for the council whom the parent or young person contacts to pursue mediation
Contact details for the person acting for the council whom the parent or young person contacts to pursue mediation. Contact details for the person who arranges mediation for the council let the family go ahead with it. These are separate from the mediation adviser's contact details, which are needed for the certificate.
The law requires a letter like this to include it.
