Explain
Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO)
The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman investigates complaints about NHS services in England, including integrated care boards and NHS trusts. The NHS body's own complaints process normally has to be used first. It can look at the health parts of an EHC plan, such as Section G provision not being arranged, or a health body's reply to a tribunal recommendation. Complaints normally have to be made within 12 months.
