Explain
Section C (health care needs)
Section C sets out the child or young person's health care needs that relate to their special educational needs, such as a medical condition that affects their learning. The plan may also include other health needs. Section C cannot be appealed on its own. In an appeal about a plan, for example about Section B, F or I, the SEND Tribunal can make recommendations about it.
