Explain
Section F (special educational provision)
Section F sets out the special educational provision: the help the child or young person must get to meet each need in Section B. The Code of Practice says it must be detailed and specific. The Code also says it should normally say what type of help, how much, how often, and the level of expertise of the person giving it. The Act places the duty to secure this help on the council. Section F can be appealed to the SEND Tribunal when a plan is issued or amended.
