Explain
Local Offer
Every council must publish a Local Offer. It tells families what help the council expects to be there for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities. It covers education, health, social care and training, in the council's area and outside it. The council must also publish what people say about its Local Offer, and its reply.
The council must publish the comments and its reply on its website with the Local Offer, at least once a year, in a way that does not identify anyone. It does not have to publish or reply to comments that are vexatious or that are about services for one person.
