Explain
Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
EHC plans and the rules here apply only in England. Wales has a different system of additional learning needs and individual development plans. Scotland has additional support for learning and co-ordinated support plans. Northern Ireland uses statements of special educational needs. Plenda does not cover these systems; the signposts point to services in each nation.
