Explain
Section E (outcomes)
Section E sets out the outcomes: the difference the help in the plan should make for the child or young person. A clear outcome says what they will be able to do, and by when. Outcomes can look ahead to adult life as well as to the next school year. Section E cannot be appealed to the SEND Tribunal on its own. It can be commented on when a draft plan or proposed changes are sent, or at a review.
